Ratio Guidelines (for a cafe-style iced matcha)

1. Add 75ml of cold water to a cup

2. Mix in 5g (1 scoop) of Matcha Energy powder

3. Whisk for 30 seconds with an electric whisk until frothy

4. Add 75ml Milk Labs Almond Milk

5. Add 75ml Oatly Oat Milk

6. Add ice to your liking

For a stronger matcha flavour: use 50ml of each instead of 75ml or increase your serving to 10g.

Optional: Add 5–10g of agave syrup or honey to balance the soft bitterness and highlight the natural sweetness.
