Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel is on its way.

Australia Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery estimate: 2–8 business days (after dispatch)

  • Applies to all powder products and accessory items within Australia.

Express Shipping

  • Delivery estimate: 2–4 business days (after dispatch)

  • Place your order before 12pm AEST for the best chance of same-day dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship to the international regions available via checkout on our site.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight & destination. Import duties, taxes or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Safe Drop / Authority to Leave

If you select “Leave in a Safe Place” or provide delivery instructions to leave your parcel unattended, we cannot accept liability for any loss or theft once the carrier confirms delivery. If you have concerns or issues, please email us — we’ll always do our best to assist.

Discount Code Policy

  • Discount codes are valid for one-time use only, unless otherwise specified.

  • They cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers.

  • Codes must be used at checkout — we cannot apply discounts retroactively.

  • Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend discount codes at any time in case of misuse or technical issues.
