Cancellation & Order Details Policy

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been placed.

This includes:

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Wrong product or quantity selected

  • Accidental duplicate orders

Please double-check your details carefully before completing your purchase.

 


If Your Order Has Already Been Placed

Once your order is submitted, it moves immediately into our packing queue.

Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel the order before dispatch.

If your parcel is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the loss of the parcel or replacement shipping fees.

 


If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped

Once shipped, the order cannot be recalled or rerouted.

Please refer to our Returns Policy to determine if your item may be eligible for return once received.

Food products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
