Ratio Guidelines (Under 60seconds)

1.Add 75ml of cold water to a cup 2. Add in 5g (1 scoop) of Matcha powder

3. Whisk for 30 seconds with an electric whisk until frothy (add your honey or agave while whisking)

4. Add 150ml of milk   5. Add ice to your liking

For a stronger matcha flavour: use 50ml of each instead of 75ml.

Ratio Guidelines (Traditional Method Bamboo Whisk)

1. Sift 5g of matcha into the bowl                2. Add 50mls of 65degree water to your bowl

                                     3. Pre heat your bamboo whisk

4. Whisk in a W and M motion for 2 minutes to create microfoam 

5. Add Ice to your Glass  6. Add 100mls-150mls of milk

7. Sip and enjoy your new ritual.
