Ratio Guidelines (for a cafe-style iced matcha)

1. Add 100ml cold water to a cup

2. Mix in 5g (1 scoop) of Matcha Energy powder

3. Whisk for 30 seconds with an electric whisk until frothy

4. Add 100ml Milk Labs Almond Milk

5. Add 100ml Oatly Oat Milk

6. Add ice to your liking

For a stronger matcha flavour: use 75ml of each instead of 100ml.

Optional: Add 5–10g of agave syrup or honey to balance the soft bitterness and highlight the natural sweetness.
